Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed within one business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You will also receive automated updates regarding the status of your order.
The delivery of the product can take up to 10 days.
COD charges of 150/- will be taken before dispatching the product via GPAY (or other UPI payment methods).
Same Day Delivery is available for orders placed within Mumbai. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp (+919166634771) / Instagram Direct Message.
Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
Please note that dispatch times can vary if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or during festivities. In that case, we will contact you via email or phone.
Please double check that the address provided by you at checkout is correct. Mauve will not issue any refunds or exchange of products for any orders that have incorrect address or contact information.
Currently, we do not offer International Shipping.
