How many days will it take to deliver an order?
Delivery for prepaid orders generally takes 4-5 business days, with a quicker turnaround of 2-3 days for Mumbai. For precise delivery estimates, feel free to reach out via email(info@shopmauve.in), WhatsApp, or direct message on Instagram.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances, holidays, and potential delays through our delivery partners may impact the delivery schedule of your parcel.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders (PAN India). Cash on delivery (COD) orders will incur an additional Rs. 150/- fee.
Do you offer express shipping?
Same-day shipping within Mumbai is available through Wefast (Borzo), charges borne by the customer. We also provide express shipping options for urgent orders. If you require express shipping, please reach out to us via email (info@shopmauve.in) or WhatsApp.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer International Shipping.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Yes, we ensure your credit card details are secure by
implementing advanced security measures and continuously monitoring our
systems.
What payment methods do you accept?
- UPI, Cards, Wallets, Net Banking (100/- Off).
- Cash on Delivery (additional charges 150/-)
Where can I see the tracking details?
Upon dispatch, you will receive an automated WhatsApp message and email on the provided number containing your tracking details.
How do I apply a discount code to my order?
You can type the discount code in the box above the total (located on
the checkout page) to apply it to your order.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check your spam/junk folder, as email may occasionally be directed there.
What is the return policy?
To
initiate a return or exchange, customers are required to submit a return /
exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the products.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
In the rare case that you receive a faulty product, please contact us via email info@shopmauve.in within 24 hours. Insert pictures, videos and clear descriptions of the damage and our team will get back to you at the earliest. DO NOT remove the hang tags for a damaged product as then the product would be considered faulty by the customer.
